Dr. Sheryl Eckstein
Dr. Eckstein is a Southern California native and has lived in Ladera Ranch since 2004. She received her B.S. in Biology at Cal Poly State University San Luis Obispo and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Her work experience over the past 13 years has included general practice and shelter medicine. She especially enjoys internal medicine and rescue work. Dr. Eckstein is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, California Veterinary Medical Association, and the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association. She currently shares her home with her husband, 2 children (son & daughter), 1 dog (a Wheaton terrier mix), 2 cats , and 2 goldfish. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, going to Disneyland, watching movies, and listening to country music.
Robyn Tisdall
Robyn is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has been a technician for over 15 years. Robyn is passionate about her job and truly enjoys working with pets. Robyn enjoys all types of movies and music. She lives with her two feline "boys", Java and Wedgie.
Holly Llinas
Holly is a receptionist/tech assistant at Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital. She started here in 2010 when we first opened. Animals have been her passion throughout her life. She’d always had many pets and as of now she has 3 cats (Patches, Buster, and Forrest) and a dog (Abby-Whippet Mix). She has a BA in Psychology from Cal State University, Fullerton, where she not only studied human behavior but animal behavior as well. She looks forward to meeting you and your four-legged family members.
Johni McCall
Johni McCall joined our team in 2012 as a receptionist. She is our resident Ladera Ranch neighbor that loves animals and enjoys making our clients feel at home and part of our friendly neighborhood. Her daughter and husband share her love for animals and share their home with two dogs, 4 desert tortoises, and a dwarf hamster. We enjoy her friendly personality, resourcefulness; skills and experience that help provide our customers the best service possible.
