After calling 10 Vets to help with our sick kitty, Molly, Dr Chris Jordan was the only person who showed compassion, respect and kindness for our situation. Over the phone, he clearly explained procedures and how we could truly help our beautiful kitty. On arriving at the office, this staff was A#1, and so wonderful, considering the trauma we were facing.
Today we introduced Dr Jordan to our new family kitten, Sadie, who loved him, too! Vicki & Holly at reception, & Robyn the tech were all personable and reflected the caring culture of Dr Jordan and his partners. I can't express how relieved and grateful I am to have found him. Thank you...for giving me the opportunity to thank this great team publicly for the care and consideration they have given to my family! "We just got back from Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital (next to Albertson's). Our new puppy, Jilly, has been having some health issues and they couldn't have been more warm and responsive. The office is shiney and new and clean. All the equipment is pristine. Even the examining table is made to be extra comfortable for wary pets.
Dr. Dowd explained everything clearly and laid out a treatment plan without me having to remember to ask her. The vet techs were sweet and comforting to my puppy in spite of the struggle she was giving them. They didn't take the puppy into a "back room" for treatment, but let me stay with her to help keep her calm. They took tests, made her an ID tag, set her up on an interactive website, and then called the next day to give me results and update the course of action. I couldn't be more pleased.
But the cherry on the sundae was the bill. It was literally HALF of what I'm used to be charged. I guess they don't assume that because they have a Ladera Ranch address they can overcharge like some businesses do. Their number (949-365-0101) is now on my speed dial."

When I walked into your office with tears in my eyes, your staff immediately helped us. Your technician immediately took us into the examining room and comforted our cat and reassured us. Dr. Jordan immediately pin pointed the problem and started treatment immediately. Even though we walked in just before closing, you didn't hesitate for a moment to reassure us that you would stay and stabilize our cat. You explained every detail with knowledge and compassion. The office is exceptionally clean, the office staff are very helpful and your technician was amazing. Thank you all for treating Patrick...we will be forever grateful.
